Gymnastics and Dance

Adult Gymnastics                                            Session 1, 2, 3

Enjoy a full body workout that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. This basic gymnastics class includes stretching, tumbling, jumping, drills, and skills. Open to men and women of all ages and experience levels. No prior gymnastics needed. Skills will be scaled to ability. Come have fun and build skills in a supportive environment!

Ages: 18-up                                                        Cost: $Free Members; $25 General Public

Advanced Gymnastics                              Session 1 & 2

Gymnasts will be building on beginner skills and taking gymnastics to the next level. Advanced beginner gymnasts strengthen fundamentals, like rolls, handstands, and cartwheels, progressing towards exciting new skills such as walkovers and roundoffs. Beam Skills: jumps, turns, mounts, and dismounts. Bar skills: hip circles and other basics

Ages: 6-8

Cost: $45 Members; $75 General Public

Days: Thursdays 6:00-6:45 pm

Beginners Gymnastics                                Session 1, 2, 3

Perfect for those new to gymnastics or looking to build a strong foundation. Beginner Gymnasts will learn essential skills such as stretching, drills, jumps, beginner tumbling, walking on the balance beam, and introductory low bar work.  This class gives students the opportunity to try out gymnastics and discover the joy of movement.

Ages: 5-7                        Cost: $45 Members; $75 General Public

Days: Thursdays 5:00-5:45

Pee Wee Gym                                                 Session 1, 2, 3,4

In Peewee Gym, your child will develop the basic skills of becoming a gymnast. They will learn stretches, rolls, jumping, balancing, and dancing.

Ages: 3-5                   Cost: $40 Members; $70 General Public
