Gymnastics and Dance

Adult Gymnastics                                            Session 1, 2, 3

When was the last time you did a forward roll with your child or a cartwheel?  Now is your chance to rebuild those skills or work on being able to do them.  The class will be working on stretching and basic skills on the floor and the beam. Get your mom friends together for a fun class that will be full of laughter!

Ages: 18-up                                                        Cost: $Free Members; $25 General Public

Day: Thursdays                                                 Time: 7:00-8:00

Advanced Gymnastics                              Session 1 & 2

Gymnasts will be building on beginner skills and taking gymnastics to the next level. Advanced beginner gymnasts strengthen fundamentals, like rolls, handstands, and cartwheels, progressing towards exciting new skills such as walkovers and roundoffs. Beam Skills: jumps, turns, mounts, and dismounts. Bar skills: hip circles and other basics

Ages: 6-8

Cost: $45 Members; $75 General Public

Days: Thursdays 6:00-6:45 pm

Beginners Gymnastics                                Session 1 & 2

Perfect for those new to gymnastics or looking to build a strong foundation. Beginner Gymnasts will learn essential skills such as stretching, drills, jumps, beginner tumbling, walking on the balance beam, and introductory low bar work.  This class gives students the opportunity to try out gymnastics and discover the joy of movement.

Ages: 5-7                        Cost: $45 Members; $75 General Public

Days: Thursdays 5:00-5:45 or Fridays 4:15-5:00 pm

Pee Wee Gym                                                 Session 1, 2, 3,4

In Peewee Gym, your child will develop the basic skills of becoming a gymnast. They will learn stretches, rolls, jumping, balancing, and dancing.

Ages: 3-5                   Cost: $40 Members; $70 General Public

Day: Friday Session 1              Time: 3:45-4:15 pm
