Youth Gymnastics and Dance

Adult Gymnastics                                            Session 1, 2, 3

When was the last time you did a forward roll with your child or a cartwheel?  Now is your chance to rebuild those skills or work on being able to do them.  The class will be working on stretching and basic skills on the floor and the beam. Get your mom friends together for a fun class that will be full of laughter!

Ages: 18-up                                                        Cost: $Free Members; $25 General Public

Day: Thursdays                                                 Time: 7:00-8:00

Beginner II Gymnastics                              Session 1, 2, 3

Beginner II gymnasts will focus on strengthening skills of forward roll, backward roll, handstand, and cartwheel independently.  Beam skills including jumps and turning skills, and hip circles on the bar.  Gymnasts must have completed 1 year in Beginners Gymnastics or have instructor approval.

Ages: 6-8

Cost: $44 Members; $75 General Public

Days: Thursdays 6:00-6:45 pm

Beginners Gymnastics                                Session 1, 2, 3

Beginner gymnasts will be taught basic gymnastics stretches, forward rolls, backward rolls, running and jumping, walking on the balance beam and beginner skills on the low bar.  This will give students the opportunity to try out gymnastics at a learning level.

Ages: 5-7                        Cost: $44 Members; $75 General Public

Days: Thursdays 5:00-5:45 or Fridays Session 1 4:15-5:00 pm

Pee Wee Gym                                                 Session 1, 2, 3,4

In Peewee Gym, your child will develop the basic skills of becoming a gymnast. They will learn stretches, rolls, jumping, balancing, and dancing.

Ages: 3-5                   Cost: $40 Members; $70 General Public

Day: Friday Session 1              Time: 3:45-4:15 pm
