Youth Gymnastics

ADULT BASIC GYMNASTICS (REGISTER ONLINE)      Session 1, 2, 3, 4

When was the last time you did a forward roll with your child or a cartwheel?  Now is your chance to rebuild those skills or work on being able to do them.  Class will be working on stretching and basic skills on the floor and the beam. Get your friends for a fun class that will be full of laughter!

AGES: 16-up                               COST: $5 Members; $40 General Public

DAY: Wednesday                                            TIME: 6-7 pm

Beginner gymnasts will be taught basic gymnastics stretches, forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, walking on the balance beam, and beginner skills on the low bar.  This will give students the opportunity to try out gymnastics at a learning level.  No parents in the class.

AGES: 5-7                                            COST: $40 Members; $75 General Public

DAYS: Tuesday  (5:45 – 6:30pm)

Thursday (5:45-6:30pm)

Previous gymnastics experience 

Gymnasts in this class will focus on strengthening skills of forward roll, backward roll, handstand, and cartwheel independently.  Beam skills including jumps and turning skills, and hip circles on the bar.

1. PEEWEE TUMBLERS & DANCERS           Session 1, 2, 3, 4

In Peewee Tumblers, child will develop the basic fundamentals of  becoming a tumbler and dancer. They will learn stretches, rolls, low beam for balancing and beginner dancing techniques. This will give your gymnast the opportunity to learn new skills and have fun! This class is for parents to participate and follow along if the child needs them in there.

AGES: 3-5                               COST: $35 Members; $65 General Public

DAYS: Wednesday                   TIME: (4:30-5:00pm) or (5:15-5:45pm)

TODDLER PLAYTIME                     Session  1,2,3,4

Are you ready to explore the fun of sports and gymnastics with your toddler? 2 days a week the gymnastics room or gymnasium will be set up with gymnastics equipment, tumbling mats, rock wall, balance stones, sports equipment and so much more.   You and your child will work on coordination and motor skills, where you’ll jump, run and laugh together.

Ages: Walking-3                                  Cost: $25 Members; $50 General Public

Days: Tuesday &Thursday                   Time: 11:15-12:00 pm
