Adult Basic Gymnsastics
ADULT BASIC GYMNASTICS (REGISTER ONLINE) Session 1, 2, 3, 4
When was the last time you did a forward roll with your child or a cartwheel? Now is your chance to rebuild those skills or work on being able to do them. Class will be working on stretching and basic skills on the floor and the beam. Get your friends for a fun class that will be full of laughter!
AGES: 14-up COST: $5 Members; $25 General Public
DAY: Wednesdays TIME: 6:15-7:15pm
Floor DanceBeginner II Gymnastics
Beginners will continue to build on their basic stretches, forward rolls, backwards rolls, running and jumping, walking on the balance beam and beginner skills on the low bar. This class is for students who have been in beginner gymnastics for a full year.

Intermediate Gymnastics
Previous gymnastics experience
Gymnasts in this class will focus on strengthening skills of forward roll, backward roll, handstand, and cartwheel independently. Beam skills including jumps and turning skills, and hip circles on the bar.

Pee Wee Tumblers and Dancers
- PEEWEE TUMBLERS & DANCERS Session 1 & 2
In Peewee Tumblers, child will develop the basic fundamentals of becoming a tumbler and dancer. They will learn stretches, rolls, low beam for balancing and beginner dancing techniques. This will give your gymnast the opportunity to learn new skills and have fun! This class is for parents to participate and follow along if the child needs them in there.
AGES: 3-5 COST: $25 Members; $60 General Public
DAYS: Wednesdays 4:30-5:00pm or 5:15-5:45pm
