Ready to mark a triathlon off your bucket list?

Join Anna for a couch to Sprint TRI training.

We will go over all the fundamentals of getting ready for race day.

Don’t know what equipment you need? Curious what nutrition should be?

Don’t know what race day looks like?

Intimidated by the open water?

We will make sure you are race day ready!

Training will be 3 days a week:

1 day for swim

1 day for bike

1 day for run

Additional workouts will be included for others days of the week.

Registration for TRI training will include your registration for the U.P. Northwoods Triathlon August 24th!

Sprint Distance is made up of a 500 meter swim, 13 mile bike, and finishes with a 5K run!

Olympic distance is made up of a 1500 meter swim, 2 mile bike, and finishes with a 10k run!
