Beginning Basketball (Grades 1st - 2nd)
YMCA BASKETBALL LEAGUE
BEGINNER (1st-2nd Grade)
Our co-ed youth basketball program is designed to help participants learn the fundamentals of dribbling, shooting, rebounding, passing, defense and teamwork!
AGES: 7-8
DATES: Jan 5 – Feb 9, 2025
WHEN: January 5th all player practice / assessment – Grades 1st-2nd 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Week of Jan 6th Practices begin (date/time TBD by coaches)
GAMES: Sundays beginning Jan 19 at 1:30 p.m. Game Schedule to be communicated the first week of practice.
WHERE: YMCA Gym
COST: $55 Members $110 General Public
Teams will practice at the YMCA with lowered hoops.
Practice times and days will be determined by coaches, will be twice weekly (Mon-Fri)

Junior Basketball (Grades 3rd - 6th)

Junior (3rd-6th Grade)
Our co-ed youth basketball program is designed to help participants learn the fundamentals of dribbling, shooting, rebounding, passing, defense and teamwork! Players will participate in 45-minute practices, twice a week with games on Sundays.
AGES: 9-12
DATES: March 2 – April 20 *No practices or games during Spring Break 3/31 – 4/4*
WHEN: All Player Practice/Assessment Day: March 2 Times: TBD
GAMES: Sundays beginning March 16, 2025 – Game Schedule to be announced the first week of practice.

Little Dunkers Basketball
LITTLE DUNKERS BASKETBALL
Learn the basic fundamentals of basketball, shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding and teamwork. A lower basket is used. Instructional Program – Not League Play.
