Fitness Center Orientations
All members age 12 and over are entitled to a free Fitness Center Orientation. During the orientation, you will be shown how to use the Precor cardio and strength equipment. Fitness Center Orientations are a group class to demonstrate the machines. They are not a one-on-one fitness training. Clean sneakers are required in order to be in the fitness center. Boots, Crocs, sandals, or other open-toed footwear are not allowed.
All 12-15 year olds MUST ATTEND the Youth Fitness Center Orientation with a parent or guardian before they can use the Fitness Center, and will be required to wear a wristband for every workout.
All 12-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult at least 21 years of age when working out in the fitness center. High school students who provide a school ID will be permitted to use the fitness center without an adult present.
If you are unable to attend the class, go to front desk or call 774-4076 to request that one of our trainers contact you and set an appointment.
Members 18 + are also entitled to a FREE annual Fitness Assessment and Personal Training session. Schedule an appointment at the front desk or call 774-4076.
Adult Fitness Orientation (16+) Wednesdays
