Ballroom Dancing NEW!
Ballroom dance is a great way to get fit and meet new friends! Dancing is a low-impact cardio activity that can improve muscular endurance, balance and coordination, and relieve stress. Best of all, people of all ages and abilities can enjoy ballroom dancing!
Each 5-week session, your dance instructor will teach you a new form of ballroom dancing including, Cha Cha, West Coast Swing, and Quickstep.
Singles are welcome and no dance experience is necessary.

Lindy
The Lindy Hop (or Lindy) is a partner dance that originated in 1920’s and 30’s Harlem, New York. Referred to as the “original” swing dance, it is characterized by fast rotations, swing outs and high-energy footwork.
