Boxing Basics NEW!
If you’re looking for a fitness program that will help your child build muscle and strength, develop stamina, improve balance and coordination, burn off stress, and build self-confidence, then boxing is ideal! Your child will learn basic boxing fundamentals such as stance, footwork, and punches/combinations. All drills and exercises will be geared toward helping your child become a better boxer, and each class will focus on improving their boxing skills, stamina, and strength. Classes will incorporate heavy bag work, rope work, shadow boxing and speed bag techniques. All levels welcome! Classes are non-contact.
Participants are required to bring their own 16 oz. boxing gloves, MMA hand protection is not recommended.
Hand wraps will be provided to new students. A water bottle and towel are recommended.
Youth 10-14 (Thurs)
This class is for participants aged 10-14 years old.
Your child will learn basic boxing fundamentals such as stance, footwork, and punches/combinations from retired law enforcement officers with extensive boxing experience. All drills and exercises will be geared towards helping your child become a better boxer, and each class will focus on improving their boxing skills, stamina, and strength. Classes will incorporate heavy bag work, rope work, shadow boxing and speed bag techniques. All levels welcome! Classes are non-contact.

Youth Aged 6-9 (Sat.)
This is a 45-minute class for youth ages 6-9.
This class will introduce your child to basic boxing fundamentals such as stance, footwork, and basic punches. All drills and exercises will be geared toward building your child’s focus, stamina and strength. Classes will also incorporate the heavy bags, jump ropes, shadow boxing and agility drills. All levels welcome! Classes are non-contact.
Participants must be at least six years old to register.
Participants are required to bring their own gloves.
A water bottle and towel are recommended.
