Boxing Basics NEW!
If you’re looking for a fitness program that will help your child build muscle and strength, develop stamina, improve balance and coordination, burn off stress, and build self-confidence, then boxing is ideal! Your child will learn basic boxing fundamentals such as stance, footwork, and punches/combinations from retired law enforcement officers with extensive boxing experience. Classes will incorporate heavy bag work, rope work, and shadow boxing. All levels welcome! Classes are non-contact. Participants are required to bring their own gloves and hand wraps. A water bottle and towel are recommended.
Youth 10-14 (Thurs)
This class is for participants aged 10-14 years old.
Participants are required to bring their own gloves and hand wraps. A water bottle and towel are recommended.
Youth Aged 6-9 (Sat.)
This is a 45-minute class for youth ages 6-9. Participants are required to bring their own gloves and hand wraps. A water bottle and towel are recommended.
