Boxing Basics NEW!
If you’re looking for a fitness program that will help your child build muscle and strength, develop stamina, improve balance and coordination, burn off stress, and build self-confidence, then boxing is ideal! Your child will learn basic boxing fundamentals such as stance, footwork, and punches/combinations from a retired law enforcement officer who trained at the Los Angeles Boxing Academy and with the LAPD boxing team sparring against semi-pro and professional fighters. Classes will incorporate heavy bag work, rope work, and shadow boxing. All levels welcome! Classes are non-contact. Participants are required to bring their own gloves and hand wraps. A water bottle and towel are recommended.
Youth 10-14 (Tues)
This class is for youth aged 10-14 yrs old. Participants are required to bring their own gloves and hand wraps. A water bottle and towel are recommended.
