Youth Fitness Fundamentals
This fun and engaging class will introduce your child to the fundamentals of proper nutrition and exercise basics. Taught by a certified Youth Fitness Specialist, class will incorporate bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc. with an emphasis on sports readiness. The aim is to improve strength, balance, and coordination, while also fostering a love for physical activity.
Participants should dress in comfortable clothing, wear clean sneakers and bring a water bottle. (Sandals, flip-flops, crocs, and other open-toed shoes are not permitted.)
