AOA (Active Older Adults) (Tue/Thu)
Chair based exercise class designed for mature exercisers to strengthen muscles and improve balance and flexibility. Chairs will be used for support and stability or exercises can be done standing, no floor work. Class will be held on main floor in the fitness center.

Bodies In Motion (Gymnasium)
Low impact/low intensity exercise class for those looking to add some movement into their lives. Class starts with a walking warm-up followed by exercises to strengthen muscles and improve balance. All moves done in a chair or standing; no floor work. Modifications offered for all ability levels and limitations.

Body Sculpt (Wed) LOFT
Achieve results with this total body workout that sculpts your muscles using light to moderate weights with high repetitions. Class will incorporate dumbbells, resistance tubing, fitness balls and more! All fitness levels welcome.
Butts n Gutts
Crunched for time? Try this 30-minute express class that will have your buns burning and abs aching! This express class is designed to shape, sculpt, and strengthen your butt, back, and abs in a targeted and intense workout.

Cardio HIIT! NEW!
This High Intensity Interval Training class combines plyometrics, strength and power intervals with core training techniques for a total body workout! Class starts with a dynamic warm-up followed by 30 minutes of HIIT, 10 min of core work, and ends with a cooldown/stretch.
HIIT training has been shown to improve: • aerobic and anaerobic fitness
• blood pressure
• cardiovascular health
• insulin sensitivity (which helps the exercising
muscles more readily use glucose for fuel to
make energy)
• cholesterol profiles
• abdominal fat and body weight while
maintaining muscle mass.
Cardio Kickboxing
Punch and kick your way through combinations that will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and energized! This non-contact martial arts inspired class uses punches and kicks from disciplines such as Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, and traditional boxing to get you in shape. Moves can be modified to your fitness level.
**Focus targets will be used for kicking and punching; hand wraps are recommended.

Pi-yoga Fusion NEW!
Pilates-yoga fusion blends the focus and relaxation of yoga poses with the core strengthening exercises of mat Pilates. This mind-body fusion class will help you achieve better balance, core strength, and flexibility, and promote deeper relaxation.
Pilates (Thu)
This mat Pilates class will incorporate the signature moves of Joseph Pilates, and focuses on strength, stability, correct posture, breath control, and flexibility.

Tai Chi
Often referred to as “meditation in motion”, this ancient Chinese art is practiced for its health benefits, including improved balance, flexibility, fitness, and decreased pain and depression. Tai Chi is performed through a series of slow movements that flow together. Class will be held on the main floor in Fitness Bay 4.

Move with the breath during this slow flowing yoga workout designed to strengthen the mind and body. Class concludes with relaxation exercise. Modifications offered to decrease or increase intensity level.
Wake-up Workout (Mon/Wed/Fri)
Wake up and get moving with this circuit training workout that combines intervals of strength, cardio and core work with short rest intervals. Circuit training is great for building strength and endurance and managing weight.
