Country Shuffle

Country Shuffle is a low-impact cardio dance class based off of country line dancing that combines the fun of dancing with a great workout! After kicking up your heels, class will conclude with some core building exercises. All fitness levels are welcome!

Gentle Jumping

This gentle and fun cardio workout is designed for mature exercisers is done on rebounders, also known as mini-trampolines. Class will focus on movements that minimize stress on the joints, including gentle bouncing, walking, and arm movements that are easy to modify for individual needs. All trampolines are equipped with handlebars to provide additional stability.

The benefits of rebounding for seniors include:

Low-impact exercise: Suitable for those who may have joint pain or stiffness.

Improved balance and coordination: Reduces risk of falls.

Increase muscle strength: Helps maintain and improve muscle mass and strength.

Enhanced cardiovascular health: Gets the heart rate up, improving blood circulation and cardiovascular function.

Increased bone density: Potentially reduces the risk of osteoporosis.

Improved lymphatic drainage: The gentle bouncing motion helps stimulate lymphatic drainage, which is important for removing waste and toxins from the body.

This express class is Trampoline Training in a condensed 30-minute workout. Trampoline training improves your muscle strength, bone density, balance, and coordination. This fun and energetic class can be modified for most fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Trampolines are equipped with removable handlebars, if needed, to provide additional support.
