AM Hustle (M/W/F)
AOA (Active Older Adults) (Tue/Thu)
Chair based exercise class designed for mature exercisers to strengthen muscles and improve balance and flexibility. Chairs will be used for support and stability or exercises can be done standing, no floor work. Class will be held on main floor in the fitness center.

Chair based exercise class designed for mature exercisers to strengthen muscles and improve balance and flexibility. Chairs will be used for support and stability or exercises can be done standing, no floor work. Class will incorporate the option of walking around the gym. (Formerly called Bodies in Motion)

Body Sculpt (Mon)
Grab your weights and get stronger, more toned and more confident during our 45-minute Body Sculpt class. This total body, low impact, strength training workout uses a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, and fitness balls to sculpt your muscles.
EZ Aerobics
EZ Aerobics combines cardio and resistance training for a total body workout. Class starts with 20 minutes of low-impact dance aerobics followed by 20 minutes of resistance training, and concludes with a relaxing cooldown. Moves can be modified to increase or decrease intensity, all fitness levels welcome.
Functionally Fit Yoga (Tues/Thurs)
A fun, challenging class that combines yoga poses with weights and resistance bands to build strength and increase your functional fitness. This class focuses on strength, balance, and flexibility to keep you moving and reduce injury. Whether you like to garden, hike, ski, bike, or just want to keep up with the kids/grandkids, this class will help you live your life to its fullest.
Gentle Yoga (Mon)
Not ready for backbends and headstands? Join us for this gentle yoga class that focuses on basic yoga poses designed to increase strength and flexibility and improve balance. Chairs can be incorporated to increase stability. Modifications will be offered for those choosing to remain seated.

Mobility & Strength
Low impact/low intensity workout designed for mature exercisers to strengthen muscles and improve range of motion. This class focuses on functional mobility moves with a focus on core and pelvic floor awareness, and balance. Modifications will be offered for all ability levels. Most moves are done standing, minimal floor work.
Tai Chi
Often referred to as “meditation in motion”, this ancient Chinese art is practiced for its health benefits, including improved balance, flexibility, fitness, and decreased pain and depression. Tai Chi is performed through a series of slow movements that flow together. Class will be held on the main floor in Fitness Bay 4.

Wake-up Workout (Tues/Th)
Wake up and get moving with this circuit training workout that combines intervals of strength, cardio, and core work with short rest intervals. Circuit training is great for building strength and endurance and managing weight.
Werk It! Circuit
| Circuit training is a high intensity workout consisting of strength and cardio intervals followed by short rest periods. You’ll move from station to station for a total body workout! Come WERK IT with us!

Y-Strength
Build muscle and get stronger with this back-to-basics strength training class using barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.
Yoga Flow 2.0
Move with your breath during this vinyasa yoga workout designed to strengthen the mind and body. Class incorporates sun salutations, warriors, and other strength building poses, and concludes with relaxation poses. Intensity level can be increased/decreased through modifications.
Zumba (MON) NEW!
Get ready to sweat, smile, and dance your way to fitness in this Latin-inspired dance fitness class. It’s a total body workout that feels more like a night out than a fitness class! All fitness levels welcome.
