Bodies In Motion (Gymnasium)
Low impact/low intensity exercise class for those looking to add some movement into their lives. Class starts with a walking warm-up followed by exercises to strengthen muscles and improve balance. Tai Chi
Often referred to as “meditation in motion”, this ancient Chinese art is practiced for its health benefits, including improved balance, flexibility, fitness, and decreased pain and depression.
