AOA (Active Older Adults) (Tue/Thu)
Chair based exercise class designed for mature exercisers to strengthen muscles and improve balance and flexibility. Chairs will be used for support and stability or exercises can be done standing, no floor work. Class will be held on main floor in the fitness center.

Grab your weights and get stronger, more toned and more confident during our 45-minute Body Sculpt class. This total body, low impact, strength training workout uses a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, and fitness balls to sculpt your muscles.

This class focuses on strength, balance, and flexibility to keep you moving and reduce injury. Whether you like to garden, hike, ski, bike, or just want to keep up with the kids/grandkids, this class will help you live your life to its fullest.

Gentle Yoga
Not ready for backbends and headstands? Join us for this gentle yoga class that focuses on basic yoga poses designed to increase strength and flexibility and improve balance. Chairs can be incorporated to increase stability. Modifications will be offered for those choosing to remain seated.

Pi-yoga Fusion
Pilates-yoga fusion blends the focus and relaxation of yoga poses with the core strengthening exercises of mat Pilates. This mind-body fusion class will help you achieve better balance, core strength, and flexibility, and promote deeper relaxation.
Tai Chi
Often referred to as “meditation in motion”, this ancient Chinese art is practiced for its health benefits, including improved balance, flexibility, fitness, and decreased pain and depression. Tai Chi is performed through a series of slow movements that flow together. Class will be held on the main floor in Fitness Bay 4.

Wake up and get moving with this circuit training workout that combines intervals of strength, cardio, and core work with short rest intervals. Circuit training is great for building strength and endurance and managing weight.

Start your day with this intense circuit training workout designed to increase your muscular strength and endurance! Circuits of strength, cardio and core work are combined with short rest intervals. Circuit training helps with weight loss and maintenance by giving you a total-body workout in a short period of time! Great for all fitness levels.
