AM JUMPSTART NEW!
AM JUMPSTART: Get a “jump” on your day with this high-energy, low-impact rebounding class done on a mini-trampoline! You’ll get a full-body workout as you jump, kick and squat to upbeat music and fun choreography! Trampolines are equipped with removable handlebars for added stability. All fitness levels welcome!

Body Sculpt (Mon)
Grab your weights and get stronger, more toned and more confident during our 45-minute Body Sculpt class. This total body, low impact, strength training workout uses a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, and fitness balls to sculpt your muscles.
Butts n Gutts NEW!
Crunched for time? Try this 30-minute express class that will have your buns burning and abs aching! This express class is designed to shape, sculpt, and strengthen your butt, back, and abs in a targeted and intense workout.
Country Shuffle NEW!
Country Shuffle is a low-impact cardio dance class based off of country line dancing that combines the fun of dancing with a great workout! After kicking up your heels, class will conclude with some core building exercises. All fitness levels are welcome!
EZ Aerobics NEW!
EZ Aerobics combines cardio and resistance training for a total body workout. Class starts with 20 minutes of low-impact dance aerobics followed by 20 minutes of resistance training, and concludes with a relaxing cooldown. Moves can be modified to increase or decrease intensity, all fitness levels welcome.
Functionally Fit Yoga (Tues/Thurs)
A fun, challenging class that combines yoga poses with weights and resistance bands to build strength and increase your functional fitness. This class focuses on strength, balance, and flexibility to keep you moving and reduce injury. Whether you like to garden, hike, ski, bike, or just want to keep up with the kids/grandkids, this class will help you live your life to its fullest.

Gentle Jumping NEW!
This class is a gentle and fun cardio workout designed for mature exercisers that is done on rebounders, also known as mini-trampolines. Class will focus on movements that minimize stress on the joints, including gentle bouncing, walking, and arm movements that are easy to modify for individual needs. All trampolines are equipped with handlebars to provide additional stability.
The benefits of rebounding for seniors include:
Low-impact exercise: Suitable for those who may have joint pain or stiffness.
Improved balance and coordination: Reduces risk of falls.
Increase muscle strength: Helps maintain and improve muscle mass and strength.

Mobility & Strength
Low impact/low intensity workout designed for mature exercisers to strengthen muscles and improve range of motion. This class combines resistance training and functional mobility moves with a focus on core and pelvic floor awareness, and balance. Modifications will be offered for all ability levels. Most moves are done standing, minimal floor work.
Pi-yoga Fusion
Pilates-yoga fusion blends the focus and relaxation of yoga poses with the core strengthening exercises of mat Pilates. This mind-body fusion class will help you achieve better balance, core strength, and flexibility, and promote deeper relaxation.
Tai Chi
Often referred to as “meditation in motion”, this ancient Chinese art is practiced for its health benefits, including improved balance, flexibility, fitness, and decreased pain and depression. Tai Chi is performed through a series of slow movements that flow together. Class will be held on the main floor in Fitness Bay 4.

Trampoline Training Express (Wed) NEW!
This express class is Trampoline Training in a condensed 30-minute workout. Trampoline training improves your muscle strength, bone density, balance, and coordination. This fun and energetic class can be modified for most fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Trampolines are equipped with removable handlebars, if needed, to provide additional support.

Wake up and get moving with this circuit training workout that combines intervals of strength, cardio, and core work with short rest intervals. Circuit training is great for building strength and endurance and managing weight.
